"The key thing for everybody to note is the Republican party across the board was deeply disappointed with Senator Burr's vote, particularly after he declared the trial to be unconstitutional," North Carolina GOP chairman Michael Whatley said Tuesday on WBT's Bo Thompson Morning Show.
