Breaking Brett Jensen kicks the show off by talking about the runoff election today for Lt. Governor and the North Carolina Auditor. This rainy Tuesday is also Breaking Brett Jensen’s birthday! Brett talks about what his fans mean to him and how thankful he is when he is approached by fans in public who appreciate the work we do at WBT.

Later Brett shares voter statistics from the primary election earlier this year, less than one percent of registered republicans voted for Lt. Governor and North Carolina Auditor. Brett claims that the low voter turnout stems from the average citizen not knowing or caring about these offices. He goes so far as to admit prior to moving to talk radio he himself didn’t know what many of these offices were responsible for.
