Tune in here to this Monday edition of the Brett Winterble Show!

We’re joined by Dean Clancy, a senior policy fellow at Americans for Prosperity and a Paragon Health Institute public advisor, to talk about the effectiveness of the Affordable Care Act, it’s real world impacts, and Biden’s comments on it.

From the doubling of health insurance premiums since 2010 to the amount you have to pay going way up, the Affordable Care Act has been anything but affordable.

They also discuss how it could be revised by repealing some aspects of it and replacing others in an attempt to fix it. There are certainly aspects of the Affordable Care Act that Americans appreciate but others are widely disliked.

“There are better ways to reduce prescription drug prices,” than through government price controls which reduce innovation and cause shortages, Clancy said.
