Breaking Brett Jensen kicks the show off by talking about a cop in Matthews, North Carolina, choking a man who had his hands handcuffed behind his back, and how town leaders are fighting to keep the bodycam footage suppressed. The town leaders, including the mayor and town commissioner, are using town funds to pay for a lawyer after they were sued by WBTV for refusing to release the bodycam footage.
