Trump is referring to a metaphorical “bloodbath” of the economy, foreign relations, American cities ravaged by drugs + crime, the mass flow of illegals pouring over the border, and a continued flow of American taxpayer dollars into foreign wars.
Later in the show Brett discusses the Biden Administration declaring war on gas powered vehicles and the auto industry as a whole.
