Today on the Brett Winterble Show we’re joined by J. Christian Adams of The Public Interest Legal Foundation to talk about the situation at the United States’ southern border and how “motor voter” laws  play a role in the elections at every level.

Brett and Adams dive into what motor voter laws actually are, the problems they can pose in elections and how many people are registered to vote in this manner before exploring the ways it could be fixed and the steps that need to be taken Raleigh and Washington D.C. to get there.

In the mean time, Brett asks if there is any way to stop motor voter in the short term + Adams explains how that has been attempted in other states as well as the results there.

Brett and Adams also talk about some of the major decisions recently made by the United States’ Supreme Court and how they are victories.
