Vince discusses reactions to the recent SCOTUS ruling on affirmative action. WIBC reports:

The Supreme Court is striking down affirmative action.

The high court had been considering challenges to the admissions policies of both the University of North Carolina and Harvard University.

The Supreme Court ruled that the universities’ admissions programs violated the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment.

Democrats are condemning the decision by calling it unconstitutional. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said the ruling has “put a giant roadblock in our country’s march towards racial justice.” He said students of color will face an admissions cycle with fewer opportunities to attend the same colleges than their parents and older siblings.

Also, some people in the gay and lesbian community are pushing back when it comes to the LGBTQ agenda. That and much more on The Vince Coakley Radio Program.
