Something terribly screwed up is happening at Truist bank, after it deactivated customers’ credit cards and directed them to activate new cards. Except the activation system doesn’t work. The bank is not offering any sort of a cogent explanation for what’s happening. Listen Here:
Truist confirmed to CBJ all of the branches will close on March 30. A spokesperson said there were no job losses associated with the closures. All of the branches have a nearby counterpart that will stay open for customers. The second-largest bank in Charlotte, TFC takes in reportedly $80.6 billion per month.
