John Stewart calls into The Brett Winterble Show to discuss transgender people participating in women’s sports. Stewart points to the Olympics new mixed relay where men and women compete in a team relay race. There is a glaring difference between the male and female swimmers, elite male swimmers have an innate advantage over elite female swimmers.
This isn’t a sexist assessment of the situation, it is a biological fact that has and continues to stand the test of time. There are inevitably exceptions to the rule, but by and large it is unfair and unreasonable to force biological women to compete against biological males.
Brett and John also discuss the class action lawsuit being brought against the NCAA regarding them allowing biological men to compete against biological women.
