Coach Doherty also explains why he thanks that behind the “sizzle,” of Coach Prime is “a lot of steak,” + what kind of culture he thinks Sanders as built and why that culture is important to developing players as humans as well as athletes before the guys share their predicitons for when or if they think Sanders will make the leap to coach in the NFL at any point.
