Charlotte schools chief says celebrate, but more are low-performing

The Superintendent of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools says some schools can celebrate their scores on state assessments. However, there are now more schools designated as “low-performing” than the prior year. Also, the graduation rate declined. A result of the lockdowns.
