Welcome to this Tuesday edition of Breaking with Brett Jensen.

Brett starts the show by talking about the update in the Julius Chambers High School he broke on Good Morning BT today before breaking the news about the death of prominent Union County politician Stoney Rushing at the age of 51.

Then we’re joined by WBT news anchor Scott Hamilton to talk about conference realignment in college sports and how the ACC (who’s headquarters are coming to Charlotte) could be impacted. They explain what the main cause of all the changes is as well as which ACC teams they think are likely to leave and where they could go + where UNC and Virginia are particularly valuable despite not being huge football brands.

We close out the show with Brett taking a call from one of you to talk about some of the problems facing every sport that isn’t football and why the caller thinks adding pacific schools could help.
