Listen here as we’re joined once again by our Chinese policy expert Gordon Chang with an update on the situation in China following United States officials trips to China.

Gordon and Brett talk about how China views the United States, especially following Janet Yellen’s deferential gestures to government officials before talking about what reports about what it would mean for the Chinese government to go into “stimulus mode,” as well as why he thinks they likely won’t + what Xi Jinping could look to as an alternative.

Gordon also explains why the American debt won’t be called in as a way for the Chinese to find money before explaining why he think’s a “weak China,” is especially dangerous + the role India could play if Xi decides to ramp up hostilities on any of the country’s neighbors.
