Edwards Ends Campaign; Hemp Fight Stalls
Congressman Chuck Edwards has announced he is ending his reelection campaign following the release of a House Ethics Committee report, creating a major shakeup in North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District. The program also covers the North Carolina House’s failure to reach a final agreement on hemp legislation after competing lobbying efforts left lawmakers divided.
