Court rules against deporting cartel members (09-03-2025–Hour1)

This episode is presented by Create A Video – A 3-judge panel on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the Trump Administration cannot deport members of the violent cartel, Tren de Aragua, under the Alien Enemies Act. The 2-1 ruling is expected to be appealed to the US Supreme Court. Also, the US Navy blew up an alleged TdA drug smuggling boat from Venezuela.
