Erin Recovery, Stein Launches Gang Task Force
Recovery efforts continue in the Outer Banks after Hurricane Erin, as North Carolina also struggles with lingering damage from Helene and Chantal. Governor Stein has created a new gang prevention and intervention task force to address rising concerns about violent crime.
