Breaking Brett Jensen kicks the show off by talking with CMPD Police Chief Johnny Jennings about the events that unfolded on Monday. Brett starts the interview by asking Chief Jennings if he has been able to fully grasp what all went down and how he has been handling the day to day with everything going on. Chief Jennings also gives an update on the two women who were in the house on Monday and shares what he can at this time about them.
Later in the show Brett shares his interview with the President of the Fraternal Order of Police’s Charlotte chapter, Daniel Redford, where they discuss the aftermath of Monday’s shooting in Charlotte that left four law enforcement officers dead and four more wounded. Redford said the first and foremost concern is checking in with the families of the fallen and wounded soldiers as well as the rest of the officers in Charlotte who have been affected by the events of the week.
