Brett kicks off the show with a one on one interview with Deanna Ballard, republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor. Ballard is a born and raised North Carolina native dedicated to the people of North Carolina and protecting their rights. Ballard is a firm believer in the 2nd Amendment and plans to defend it at all costs if elected to the position of Lt. Governor.
In the second half of the show Brett interviews the mother of a young man who was killed by a drunk driver. The drunk driver is a former police officer who has been offered a plea deal that only requires him to serve 30 days in jail. Brett also includes some clips of the mother passionately fighting for justice for her beloved son.
