We start the show by checking in with Scott Hamilton from the WBT Newsroom for a development in the chaos surrounding the town council in Indian Trail regarding inappropriate comments allegedly made by a commissioner + we talk about the response the commissioner gave when Scott spoke with him directly.
Later in the show Brett talks about some more small town political drama that he witnessed after serving as the moderator for a debate in Waxhaw. Brett explains what he saw (or didn’t see) from the “Waxhaw Wall,” contingent running for office and explain what they are hoping to accomplish + shares the kinds of questions he asked of those at the debate and the response he’s gotten from supporters of the “Waxhaw Wall.”
Finally we finish off the slate of local politics by updating the situation regarding Derek Partee in Huntersville.
