Asheville sued over discriminating against white residents

Five residents in Western North Carolina are suing the City of Asheville after they were blocked from serving on a local commission because they are white. The Human Relations Commission used explicit racial quotas, and the Pacific Legal Foundation is representing the residents who argue that structure is unconstitutional.
