Using the example of Nick Saban turning around the Alabama football program after a down period, Coach explains how a leader is able to change and maintain a good culture. Coach and Brett use this to discuss what they think is a culture problem in the United States and its government today + what they think it will take to fix the problem.
Coach Doherty also breaks down exactly what he thinks it is that actually makes up a good organizational culture and what it takes to successfully turn things around, no matter the organization.
The Coach also shares a story from his own experience playing basketball at The University of North Carolina when a leader (head coach Dean Smith) was able to help him buy in to his own culture and the lessons he learned from that.
