They use that as an opportunity to take a look at a number of different methods of formal and informal debate before sharing what they see as the reason the ability to have informed debates is an essential aspect of our society.
They also talk about a creepy story out of Italy where a man was allowed to go free after harassing a child because the harassment lasted less than 10 seconds + how on Earth parents kept bringing their children around the offender.
