We’re also joined by author and professor Kristen Geez for a conversation about the generational gap in workplaces. Kristen talks about the source of generational conflict at work and how she’s found is the best way to go about resolving it + how many of the differences between generations came about and how modern advancements provide unique challenges.
In the second half of the show Scott talks about the “Boone Bloomer Bandit” as well as his thoughts on comments from PGA golfer Rory McIlroy in regards to LIV Golf.
Scott explains the reasoning behind McIlroy’s comments, especially in light of his loyalty to the PGA before their agreement with LIV.
