Murdaugh Trial: Alex says he lied but denies murdering family
Disgraced South Carolina lawyer and former prosecutor, Alex Murdaugh, took the stand in his own defense last week in an attempt to explain his presence at the crime scene minutes before the murders of his wife, Maggie, and their 22-year old son, Paul. Until Thursday, Alex had denied he was at the scene at 8:45 pm on June 7, 2021.
