The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation (MCSF) received a $65 million gift, the largest in its 60-year history, from a Marine Corps veteran and founder/chairman of FedEx. The gift immediately enables MCSF to significantly increase the number of scholarships awarded annually and to provide support to the entire eligible population of Marine children nationwide. Gen. Robert Neller, USMC (Ret.) is the Chairman of the Board for MCSF, and discusses the kind of impact this money will have, as well as how people can apply.
