President Joe Biden’s political campaign speech masquerading as a President address lacks credibility because he dishonestly framed it as a partisan issue. Biden started his speech last night linking the attack on Paul Pelosi with the riot at the US Capitol on January 6, 2020. He said everyone must stand united in calling out all political violence, and silence is complicity.
But the President did not mention any of the other political violence that has a more-direct and obvious connection to political rhetoric – like the attempted assassination of Republican congressmen on a baseball field, or the attempted assassination of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
