Before marching with the mob, Roy Cooper fled from it | Hour1

This episode is presented by Create A Video – Former North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper reportedly had to be escorted from the executive mansion during the Black Lives Matter riots in Raleigh in 2020. This evacuation was previously unreported, but described in a new story by AP Dillon at the North State Journal. It’s still unclear how long Cooper and his family were hidden away at the Emergency Operation Center, but he returned at some point to march with the mob in a brief stroll around the mansion while he raised his fist in the air in solidarity with the protesters.
