He wondered if Representative Alma Adams stood up when the president recognized Anna Zarutska, whose daughter Iryna—a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee was stabbed to death on a CATS train in Charlotte. Brett also talked about the Russian invasion of Ukraine four years ago, and recalled how he was stuck there for several hours during his last visit.
