A shooting at a house party in Wilmington, North Carolina, left at least three people dead and four wounded, authorities said early Saturday morning. Police say the incident happened around midnight at 7th and Kidder Street in Wilmington.Â

Dejywan R. Floyd, 29, of Lumberton, NC, was arrested at the Parkview Apartments overnight, according to authorities. He is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Julie Eberly, 47, of Mannheim, Pennsylvania, along with discharging a weapon into occupied property.Â

For the first time, N.C. residents can renew their state-issued ID by going to payments.ncdot.gov and following the instructions indicated on the page. The ID's can be renewed up to six months prior to expiration for those wanting to skip the wait. The current price to renew an ID is $14, plus a $3 online convenience fee.

Shortly before 12 p.m Thursday, officers responded to a report of a person shot on Interstate 95 in Lumberton, North Carolina When officers arrived, Julie Eberly, 47, of Manheim, Pennsylvania, was found shot through the passenger door in a vehicle. Her husband, Ryan Eberly, who was driving at the time was uninjured. She was taken to Southeastern Health in Lumberton, where she later died from her injuries, authorities said.
