In the first hour of the show, Pete talks about the NC Supreme Court voting to throw out the congressional district maps drawn by the NC Legislature and why he has an issue with what what happened. 

In the second hour of the show, Pete talks about the news that Mecklenburg County Comissioner Ella Scarborough will go on unpaid medical leave and will not seek re-election. Pete also talks about her supposed inactivity during the County Comission's digital meetings over the last several months despite her vote counting toward key measures in Charlotte

In the second hour of the show, Pete criticizes the plaintiffs in the NC Redistricting case for paraphrasing the state Constitution in their arguments and says the courts have a responsibility to upload for not just this election but future elections to come.

In the first hour of the show, Pete is convinced that the Left was always prepared to sue for new NC Congressional maps based off any data used by the legislature. 

In the third hour of the show, Pete talks about the response from NC Rep. Madison Cawthorn's camp about a lawsuit claiming Cawthorn can't run for office because it would violate the 14th Amendment which says insurrectionists can't participate in elections. 

The Speaker of the NC House Tim Moore joins Pete for his weekly chat to talk about the latest in the state redistricting case and Governor Roy Cooper's veto to push back the primary elections. 

In the second hour of the show, Pete gives credit to WRAL for fact-checking NC Representative Deb Butler (D) over a tweet she put out about the redistricting case in the state Supreme Court. 

In the first hour of the show, Pete takes NC Supreme Court justices Anita Earls and Philip Berger to task for deciding to NOT recuse themselves in the NC Redistricting case despite clear conflicts of interest in the trial. Dr. Andy Jackson of the John Locke Foundation joins the show to discuss. 

NC-07 Congressman David Rouzer joins Pete to talk about the NC Courts throwing out the approved Congressional maps and the future of the 2022 primaries. 

NC Lt. Governor Mark Robinson joins Pete to talk about the importance of "School Choice Week" and the future changes to the educational system in North Carolina. He also talks about the progress he hopes to have with Lt. Governor Winsome Sears in Virginia for African-Americans outside the Republican Party.
