On this episode we celebrate 35 years of the Charlotte Hornets and explore all the ways basketball has influenced culture here in the Queen City! The Hive @ 35 exhibition includes interactive spaces, a timeline of Carolinas basketball history and plenty of artifacts, from the original teal-and-purple Hornets jerseys and game-worn shoes to commemorative items from the team’s inaugural season and other milestone events.
We’re also joined by Nolan Dahm, Programs and Exhibits Manager Charlotte Museum of History and Josh Rosen, the unofficial team historian, who has a wealth of information about the team’s history!
