We welcome attorney and author Scott McEwen back to The Brett Winterble Show to talk about Devin Archer’s testimony today in front of the House Oversight Committee.
Brett begins the conversation with Scott by asking about how big of a deal Archer’s testimony will end up being for the Biden’s as well talk about why the questioning happened behind closed doors as opposed to in the open.

Finally they also talk about if they think Hunter Biden will actually go to prison and if they think Joe Biden will pardon his son if he does end up getting convicted of any crimes + what Hunter’s plea deal getting throw out really means for the case.
