Ardis Watkins, Executive Director of the State Employees Association of North Carolina, calls for legislative leaders to include pay raises of 5% per year over the next two years in the next budget. The House budget has raises of 7.5% over two years. The Senate version has 5% raises over two years. Plus, Dr. Andy Jackson discusses the ghost votes and the new election law proposed by the GOP legislature.
