NC lawmakers introduce new gun rules

The North Carolina legislature is running three new gun bills – two of which were passed but vetoed previously by the Democrat governor. One would remove the pistol purchase permits, another closes a loophole to allow church members to conceal carry, and a statewide gun safety campaign.
