Thorsland wraps a historic week in the NFL

A busy weekend in the NFL capped off with the Sunday Night game featuring Tom Brady’s homecoming to face the New England Patriots in Foxborough. Ironically, Brady ended up breaking Drew Brees’ all-time record for career passing yards with 80,359. He led the defending Super Bowl Champs to a 19-17 win over his former team in prime time. As for the Panthers, they put up a great fight in Dallas, but came away with a 36-28 defeat at the hands of the Cowboys.
