Helene Relief Approval, ICE Arrests in Charlotte, and REINS Act

Gov Stein approving $524 million in Helene relief for western North Carolina, an ICE operation arresting 24 illegal criminal offenders in Charlotte, and Stein’s budget proposal freezing tax cuts while increasing spending.
