Winterble came to Charlotte two years ago from KFMB-AM in San Diego. The former nationally syndicated host started his career in New York City as a producer the late Rush Limbaugh in 1995. He has since filled in several times as a host on the EIB network along with duties at Newsmax TV and his top-rated show in the Queen's City.
“I am just overjoyed at the chance to connect with the greatest audience in all of talk radio," Winterble said. "It is a homecoming. I have kept in close touch with everyone at the Rush Limbaugh show over these years and nothing could be more special than to sit in that legendary seat for a man I consider a friend and mentor.”
