According to Harris' itinerary, She'll be promoting President Joe Biden's American Jobs Plan at Guilford Technical College in Greensboro before meeting with Gov. Roy Cooper later in the afternoon. Cooper will also be with Harris for her visit at GTC. They will also tour the Thomas Built Buses plant in High Point. 

Whether we want to believe it or not, the madam VP is working to ease the crisis, along with coordinating those efforts between Mexico and the three countries of Central America’s Northern Triangle. At least, that's what's scripted on paper as her current duties. But, what exactly is her role?
