According to Harris' itinerary, She'll be promoting President Joe Biden's American Jobs Plan at Guilford Technical College in Greensboro before meeting with Gov. Roy Cooper later in the afternoon. Cooper will also be with Harris for her visit at GTC. They will also tour the Thomas Built Buses plant in High Point.

The 2020 Time Magazine Persons of The Year honor was announced last night by Bruce Springsteen in a televised event. Joe Biden joins 9 other President Elects in being named the Time Magazine Person of the Year while Vice President Elect Kamala Harris is the first VP to ever earn the distinction.
