Officials say Johnny Harris, 45, admitted to entering the Capitol building with a megaphone and flag during a discussion with federal agents on Jan. 19. He also stated that he recorded videos of his actions with two devices, a GoPro and his cell phone. A special agent interviewed two witnesses who identified Harris.
