Virginia Marie Spencer, also known as Jenny Spencer, turned herself into authorities before her court appearance in Durham, N.C. on Monday, according to the FBI. She was interviewed by the FBI on Jan. 19 after the arrest warrant for her husband, Christopher Raphael Spencer, was issued on Jan. 18.

James Giannakos Jr., 46, of Gilbert, S.C. left a series of voicemails last month threatening that the former prosecutor, her family and her co-workers would be in “danger” if anything happened to Proud Boys chairman Enrique Tarrio. He then blamed the former prosecutor for outing Tarrio to the press as an FBI informant, transcripts of the court documents filed Feb. 2 show.

Stephen Maury Baker was taken into custody and had his initial court appearance on Monday, according to the FBI. Baker becomes the third man from the Carolinas charged in connection to the riots. Christopher Raphael Spencer of Pilot Mountain, N.C. was taken into custody without incident by special agents two weeks ago.

He is now the second person in the Carolinas to face federal charges after Andrew Hatley of Easley, S.C. was accused of forcing his way into a restricted building and engaging in disorderly conduct on the Capitol grounds two weeks ago.

“Armed protests are being planned at all 50 state capitols from 16 January through at least 20 January, and at the U.S. Capitol from 17 January through 20 January,” the FBI bulletin said.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is seeking to identify whoever is responsible for illegally flying a drone near Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Between Oct. 30 and Dec. 8, there have been five reports by commercial airline pilots who have spotted a drone flying in their flight path at least 4,000 feet in the air near the Ft. Mill area.
