In the first hour of the show, Pete talks about CMS Superintendent Earnest Winston's letter to parents on Friday about the rise of gun incidents in schools, and talks about how effective his possible solutions might be. 

In the third hour of the show, Pete takes CMS Superintendent Earnest Winston to task for his inability to control the issue with guns popping up in Charlotte Mecklenburg schools as well as not taking a stance on issues such as school funding and CRT. Pete also takes a caller to task who called him a negative radio host. 

In the second hour of the show, Pete continues to react to Charlotte Mecklenburg School's Superintendent Earnest Winston and his sit-down with WBT's Brett Jensen.
