Having trouble identifying a recession? It’s a Transcession!

Because I am all about solutions, I noticed the great controversy over identifying what is a recession and what is not. And because I’m a giver, I offer the term “transcession” to describe a recession that doesn’t identify as one. Also, the sanctuary city that is whining about unauthorized immigrants coming to town.
