Randolph Middle School Principal Resigns After Suspension

Randolph Middle School Principal Jennifer Schroeder has officially resigned, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) confirmed. Her resignation takes effect July 1, 2025.
Schroeder had been suspended with pay on May 20, though CMS has not disclosed the reason behind the suspension.
She joined the district in 2004 and became Randolph’s principal in July 2024, following her time at Crestdale Middle School.
Retired CMS principal Dr. Michael Turner will step in as interim principal for the summer and the start of the upcoming school year.
