U.S. Senator Thom Tillis (R/NC) joins Bo Thompson and Brett Jensen talking about a sanctions package that could be put into place if Russia invades Ukraine, and the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer and Senator Tillis' opinion about whether or not Vice President Kamala Harris could be nominated as a replacement.
According to Bloomberg, the sanctions are expected to be announced on Thursday and include expelling Russian diplomats from the U.S. immediately. Officials will also blacklist more than 20 Russian entities, according to two sources familiar with the matter. The business publication was the first to report the story.Â
