Tune in here to this Monday’s edition of the Brett Winterble Show!

Brett kicks off the program by talking about America’s Olympic hockey dominance and the escalating violence tied to Mexico’s long-running drug war. He celebrates Team USA’s success on the ice, arguing that hockey represents one of the toughest and most demanding sports in the Winter Olympics. Skating at high speed while absorbing punishing hits, he says, requires elite athleticism and mental toughness, making the victory especially meaningful.

Later Brett discusses Susan Rice’s recent comments warning that corporations, universities, media outlets, and law firms that align themselves with Trump could face consequences if Democrats regain power. He reacts strongly to her suggestion that there will be an “accountability agenda,” arguing that Democrats are signaling a willingness to play political hardball. Brett questions the idea that Democrats are defending norms, contending that past actions during the Obama administration and investigations into Trump contradict that claim.
