American Airlines to Open New Lounge at Charlotte Airport This Summer

American Airlines will debut its new Provisions by Admirals Club at Charlotte Douglas International Airport this summer, a grab-and-go lounge concept aimed at busy travelers.

Set to open near gate A1 in Concourse A, the streamlined space will offer quick access to fresh food options like sandwiches, salads, fruit, and snacks, including vegetarian selections.

Designed for short visits, the lounge will feature high-top tables and minimal seating, plus one-on-one customer support for travelers on the move.

“We are constantly evolving our lounge strategy to meet the needs of our customers,” American Airlines’ Chief Customer Officer Heather Garboden said. “This new concept provides a needed respite for our customers traveling through one of our biggest hubs. Whether they’re looking for a quick snack or help on their travel journey, they can find what they need at the Provisions by Admirals Club lounge.”
