American Patriotism on The Brett Winterble Show

Brett kicks off the program by discussing what America stands for. America is the light of the world, standing for freedom and prosperity. This has been lost to many in the younger generation who have been lied to by politicians and college professors who point to the mistakes of our past and claim that America is an evil country. This narrative was rejected in the past election, where the American people chose freedom; we chose light over darkness. The American Dream is alive and well, but it requires hard work and sacrifice; freedom isn’t free. 

During President Ronald Reagan’s Inaugural Address, he said, “Freedom is a fragile thing and it’s never more than a generation away from extinction.” Never lose sight of what we stand for as Americans, never forget what those who have come before us sacrificed for what we have today.
