Five residents in Western North Carolina are suing the City of Asheville after they were blocked from serving on a local commission because they are white. The Human Relations Commission used explicit racial quotas, and the Pacific Legal Foundation is representing the residents who argue that structure is unconstitutional. Listen Here:
