There was always potential for trouble when David Tepper and the Carolina Panthers pull their project for a new Panthers practice facility out of Rock Hill.

Now, according to Erik Spanberg of the Charlotte Business Journal says both sides are past the point of playing nice as they prepare for litigation.

Spanberg and Brett Jensen talk about what the big picture situation is for the already underway facility as well as what the Panthers need to make sure they do in order to avoid a PR disaster + Brett shares how a group he sees as undervalued in society could be impacted by the deal falling through.

Brett and Spanberg also spent some time talking about the possible improvements to the Spectrum Center that are under discussion with Charlotte City Council and how the current situation bodes for the future of the Hornets in Charlotte + why it makes sense for the city to invest in professional sports.
