Hurricane Debby Aftermath, Panthers’ Plane Mishap, and Trump the Grump

Vince starts the show talking about the after effects of Hurricane Debby, a Delta airlines flight carrying the NFL Carolina Panthers home after a preseason defeat at the hands of the New England Patriots 17-3 arriving in Charlotte runs off the taxiway at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and a Washington Post story that claims former President Donald Trump is complaining about his campaign as the Democrat Kamala/Walz ticket is supposedly surging. Also, conservative radio host Tara Servatius joins Vince about the predictable Democratic party strategy of pumping up Trump as an opponent, while at the same time dumping President Joe Biden for re-election in favor of Vice President Kamala Harris.
In the second half of the show Vince talks about Kamala’s surging momentum, which seems to result more from intangible assets rather than policy positions, accusations of stolen valor hounding Kamala’s running mate Tim Walz as American military veterans react to his comment about carrying weapons “in war” when he was never in one, and comments from author and Daily Wire host Andrew Klavan in an appearance on the Megyn Kelly show in which he points out the media tendency to create a “fantasy atmosphere” when it comes to coverage of President Biden and Democratic party Presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
